The Role:
As a Customer Success Manager you’ll manage a portfolio of around 40 strategic accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing long-term client relationships (C-level to operations).
 - Retaining and developing a strong customer portfolio.
 - Preventing churn while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
 - Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly retention and sales growth targets.
 - Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
 - This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
 
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
 - Background in the MarTech industry (preferred).
 - Fluent French and English (essential), Spanish is a bonus. 
 - Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Planhat, ChurnZero, or Custify is a plus.
 - A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
