For one of my customer in Europe we are looking for a Program Manager with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions. Duration: 4+months renewable

Job Description:
We are looking for a Global program management, who will address our client’s stakeholders, governance, client relationship. The candidate will need experience in M&A activities (has managed carve-in or carve outs previously and will be responsible for supervising work packages contractualization & overall delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Provide executive level program governance and direction
Ensure alignment between business strategy and technical execution
Lead steering committee meetings and executive communications
Drive critical decisions and remove organizational barriers
Manage relationships with C suite stakeholders from both entities
Program Governance
Establish and maintain program management framework
Oversee budget management
Monitor program health and escalate critical issues
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards
Coordinate with legal HR and other corporate functions
Stakeholder Management
Build consensus between merging organizations
Manage executive expectations and communications
Navigate political and cultural sensitivities
Present to boardlevel audiences when required
Act as escalation point for all program issues
Team Leadership
Guide and mentor project management team
Ensure resource optimization across workstreams
Foster collaboration between legacy and acquired teams
Drive accountability and performance
Required Qualifications
~15+ years in senior IT leadership roles
~5+ successful mergeracquisition programs delivered
~ Experience managing programs exceeding 1M+ budget
~ Proven track record with SAP transformations
~ MBA or equivalent business degree preferred
~ Fluency in English and French required
