Production Management: ➢ o Anticipation of possible deviations and alert (raw materials, production files) if necessary o Enforce safety rules o Ensure activity reporting ➢ Analyze production monitoring indicators (KPI) on a day-to-day basis (reporting data, dashboards, waste rates, breakdown rates, etc.) – work on improving these indicators and implement adjustment and/or improvement actions (time savings, cost reduction, etc.) ➢ o To optimize production scheduling, o To optimize the maintenance and improvement of the machine park o To optimize resource requirements in relation to the production schedule, to ensure that the budget is respected • Mastery of continuous improvement techniques (Kanban, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, 5S, ...) Analytical skills / strength of proposal / implementation of improvements ➢ Mastery of the Office pack (Excel, etc.) ➢ Fluency in English required ➢ Basic knowledge in SAP is a + ➔ Minimum 5 years' experience in industry – production management – a plus if it is in a multinational – person used to a significant direct and indirect workforce (100+) ➔
