Global Demand Planning & S&OP Manager

We’re working with a leading global company undergoing a major transformation in its supply chain planning capabilities. As part of this evolution, the business is hiring a Demand Planning & S&OP Manager to help shape and deliver best-in-class forecasting and cross-functional planning processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead the demand planning process across a diverse product portfolio, driving forecast accuracy and alignment with commercial stakeholders
Own and enhance the S&OP process , collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply to drive consensus and ensure supply plans match true demand
Drive data-led decision-making , leveraging analytics and demand sensing tools
Report KPIs and lead monthly demand reviews with regional and global leadership
Lead and mentor a small team of planners

Your Profile:

Strong experience in leading demand planning and S&OP
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
A passion for process improvement, systems, and digital tools
Fluency in French and English is required
Based in the Paris area
