About the Role

The role involves managing the GEODIS TMS' Registry and Security Settings, ensuring compliance with company rules and business process needs, and supporting internal clients and auditors.

Responsibilities

TMS registry settings:

  • Manage the GEODIS TMS' Registry Settings in accordance with company rules & principles as well as Business Process needs, inventorying offered enhancements, contributing to testing and documenting the applied changes as well as the test results to be able to retrieve the rationale for having applied (or chosen not to apply) delivered new settings.
  • Jointly with concerned Business Process owners, contribute to communicating the applied changes.
  • Support auditors with evidence & documentation proving that the TMS set-up is in line with company rules, principles & processes.

Security settings:

  • Manage the GEODIS TMS' Security Settings in accordance with company rules & principles as well as Business Process needs, contributing to testing new security settings, enforcing & documenting the changes, in alignment with concerned Process owners.
  • Contribute to rationalizing the security settings across GEODIS, simplifying & reducing the amount of different roles in the TMS.

Workflows & Documents:

  • “Documents” and “Workflows”, keeping the correct balance between coping with local requirements while minimizing the maintenance:
  • Investigate ways to simplify the existing set ups.
  • Ensure that critical pieces of workflows are duly accounted for by owners of regression test plans.

Support to the business:

  • Support functional team from a setting standpoint.
  • Support internal clients from an Application standpoint.

Compliance & Export Controls:

  • Work out Compliance solution within the TMS, in accordance with the GEODIS Global compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Certified Professional ( CCP Wistech Program )
  • Fluent in english

Education

  • Bachelor degree
