About Do Well Do Good:

Responsibilities:

You’ll work hand-in-hand with the team to create, manage, and improve all our communications — both internal and external — while helping us engage our growing network of alumni and partners. Your key responsibilities include:

External Communication:

• LinkedIn: write and schedule posts, create visuals, engage with the community
• Website: update content, visuals, and program pages
• Design & content creation: layout white papers, infographics, PPTs and other assets
• Events watch: track relevant ecosystem events (impact, leadership, education, etc.)

Internal Communication:

• Support internal updates & employee communications
• Help document internal processes (templates, newsletters, branding assets)

Community & Alumni Network:

• Animate and grow the Do Well Do Good alumni network
• Launch and manage newsletters (for alumni and clients): updates, events, insights

Templates & Processes:

• Improve our visual identity: clean templates (slides, one-pagers, PDFs)
• Ensure consistency and quality in messaging across platforms

Profile:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Organized, proactive and creative
• Fluent in French (native or near-native) and fluent English
• Masters communication tools: Canva / WordPress / Word / LinkedIn / Other social media
• Current student in communications or marketing
