Role Description
As part of our scientific and clinical development in nutrition, we are looking for a Scientific Program Manager capable of actively contributing and monitoring scientific and clinical projects, engaging operationally with clinical investigation centers and scientific teams, and supporting nutritional analyses.
The position also participates in the preparation and presentation of strategic materials for Executive Committees.
Main Responsibilities
Scientific and Clinical Monitoring
~ Participate in the monitoring of scientific and clinical projects in the field of nutrition.
~ Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
~ Contribute to the drafting and review of scientific and regulatory documents.
~Identify and source partners and sub-contractors for project needs.
Operational Support for Investigation Centers
Provide direct and proactive support to clinical investigation centers in France for ongoing clinical studies.
Respond to operational requests and ensure thorough follow-up of actions to ensure study success.
Nutritional Analyses
Contribute to descriptive and nutritional analyses for clinical studies.
Work collaboratively with scientific teams to ensure data quality and relevance.
Participation for Executive Meetings
Participate in Executive Committee (COMEX) meetings as a scientific advisor.
Prepare clear and impactful presentation materials (slides) in both English and French.
Qualifications
Education and experience
Advanced degree (PhD, Doctorate, or Engineering degree) in Nutrition or a related scientific field.
At least 3 – 5 years’ experience managing international collaborative projects and clinical studies.
Skills
Hands-on approach with the ability to efficiently address operational needs in clinical studies and scientific projects.
Strong command of analytical methods/approaches and their application to human nutrition
Capacity to identify project outputs and their exploitation potential
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
Ability to prepare and deliver high-level content for Executive Committees.
