🧠 Key Responsibilities for the Staff Software Engineer:

• Lead the design and development of a high-performance electronic trading platform.
• Contribute to the architectural evolution of the platform and surrounding infrastructure.
• Collaborate with front-office users and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver new features.
• Drive the recruitment and onboarding of new engineers as the team grows.
• Develop tools to enhance platform reliability, automation, and monitoring.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and resilience in a Linux/Unix environment.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• Strong commercial experience in C++ software development.
• Proven track record in building performance-critical and business-critical systems.
• Background in electronic trading, ideally from an investment bank, exchange, proprietary trading firm, HFT, or brokerage.
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix systems and low-latency application development.
