Job Role- Business Process Management (BPM) Lead / Manager

Location: Paris, France

Job Decription :

* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

* 12+ years of experience in Business Process Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

* Proven experience in end-to-end process management and reengineering, preferably in \[industry-specific].

* Strong knowledge of BPM tools (e.g., Bizagi, Appian, Pega, or others).

* Expertise in process mapping, process optimization, and automation techniques.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

* Strong leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.

* In-depth knowledge of BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.

* Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

* BPM certifications (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.

* Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-level process automation.

* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments.
