Quality Assurance (QPI) Manager

We’re seeking a QA Manager (GVP Lead Auditor & Quality Assurance Expert) to lead audits, ensure ISO and GVP compliance, and strengthen quality systems. If you’re a quality-driven professional ready to make a global impact—this is your opportunity.

Specific activities and responsibilities:

Key Skills Expected:

• Audit management :
• GVP Lead Auditor : definition of audit strategy and planning, conducting internal and vendor audit, follow-up internal and vendor remediation plan following audits
• Improvement of audit process and associated documentation / templates
• Trainer of trainees and internal auditors
• Support audit client when required
• Quality standards : Managing ISO 9001 certification of the company
• Computer system validation (CSV) projects, supporting GxP compliance of applications
• General Quality activities :
• Non conformance and CAPA management, ensuring root cause of deviation are addressed and solved
• Writing of procedure, process mapping, gap analysis
• Line manager

Required Education:

Bachelor’s or higher graduate degree in a science related field, or equivalent experience

Required Experience :

8+ years’ experience within a Quality role in Pharmaceutical industry

Required Languages:

• Excellent English language (for client facing in client audit)
• French (Desirable)

Required Technical Skills:

• GVP Auditor skills
• Computer System Validation (CSV) experience
• Quality assurance specific training
• Experience in using QMS tools (such as ENNOV, Trackwise, Mastercontrol, Veeva etc)
• knowledge of methodologies such as ISO 9001 2015 standard, Six Sigma, Lean or CMM
• Skill in MS Office tools, Excel, SharePoint, Content Management tools
