Talent Advisor (6 months contract)

We're looking for a Talent Advisor to become a key part of our international team, specifically dedicated to support a prestigious pharmacology company in Lyon. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of their office and to be a part of our innovative ROD (Recruiter on Demand) program.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including proactive sourcing.
  • Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent pipelining for future projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Efficiently manage requisitions while aligning with stakeholder expectations.
  • Validate shortlisted candidates to ensure top talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective sourcing strategies for white-collar professionals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Effectively utilize and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment and selection processes to attract the best talent.


What You'll Bring:


  • At least 3 years of experience in end to end recruitment is required; experience in consulting or RPO settings will be considered a valuable asset.
  • Experience in a life science industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A process-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Fluent English and French proficiency.
  • Expertise in market mapping and talent pooling.
