TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Proficiency in Big Data technologies and data ingestion/processing frameworks (Spark, Airflow, Hadoop, etc.).
Strong experience in database management (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent command of no-code and low-code iPaaS / ETL solutions (Workato, Zapier, Power Automate, Informatica).
Knowledge of web scraping techniques.
Excellent understanding of data pipelines.
Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL (Scala is a plus).
Familiarity with best practices in monitoring, CI/CD, and data security.
Proven experience in deploying and managing data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
PROFILE:
~ Engineering degree with a specialization in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science, or a Master’s degree in Data Engineering / Data Science / Big Data.
~3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports sector.
~ Strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.
~ Analytical mindset, scientific rigor, methodical approach, and ability to anticipate and abstract.
~ Strong communication and listening skills; team player with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
~ Curiosity and a strong interest in technological innovation.
~ Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
