&##128640; We’re hiring: Satellite Payload Consultant – Satcom Procurement & Design &##128205; Location: Toulouse (or Paris with travel to Toulouse) &##128188; Industry: Space & Satcom | Salary: Up to €80,000 + Bonus + Profit Share (equating to circa 25% in benefits) | Hybrid: 2 days remote/week Are you ready to influence the future of European satellite missions? A leading space consultancy is looking for an experienced Satellite Payload Consultant to support institutional and commercial clients through end-to-end satcom procurement — from visibility studies to payload spec development and vendor evaluation. You’ll work on major space programmes — including the IRIS² secure connectivity initiative — and collaborate with major players like Airbus, TAS, and OHB. &##128269; The role offers: Strategic ownership from concept to procurement A high-performing team of engineers & consultants A hybrid work setup (Toulouse-based preferred) Up to €80K base salary + bonus (up to 2 months) + profit share (~10% of profits) Travel subsidy & shared meal support &##127919; Key experience required: ~7–10+ years in satellite payload design, ideally covering full lifecycle procurement ~ Strong knowledge of digital payloads and processors ~ Industry experience with manufacturers or operators (Airbus, TAS, OHB, SES, etc.) ~ EU citizenship required Fluency in French is a plus, but not essential.
