The Role
Reporting to the HR European Director the role will focus on supporting the provision of a bespoke high quality HR service across a variety of European countries with individual requirements. This is a demanding and occasionally pressured role which ideally would suit an energetic, self-motivated person willing to pick up the role and run with it, with the ability to juggle sometimes conflicting priorities.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, undertaking various HR administrative tasks and HR operational duties and guiding our teams throughout the business on a range of HR matters across the employee lifecycle.

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly results driven, and people orientated individual that offers 3-5 years’ experience in an international environment as a HR Coordinator who has a bachelor’s degree or ideally a master’s degree in HR and is fluent in English.
Relationships are vital to our success here at F&P Healthcare so we would also expect that you will effectively build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company as a trusted partner.

This role is an office-based role, with a requirement to be in the office 4 to 5 days a week.
