We offer our French and international key account customers services in telecoms and IT.
In this context, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Renovation Planning & Assessment
Develop a renovation roadmap including timelines, budget estimates, and risk mitigation plans.
Advise on space utilization strategies to align with future organizational needs.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Permitting
Ensure adherence to local building codes , zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
Manage permitting processes and liaise with government authorities to expedite approvals.
3. Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (European real estate operations center, Finance, Operations) and external contractors/architects.
Negotiate contracts with vendors/contractors to secure cost-effective, high-quality services.
4. Project Oversight & Reporting
Monitor renovation progress, conduct site inspections, and enforce quality control measures.
Provide biweekly progress reports to senior leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and budget status.
Requirements:
# Proven Expertise in Real Estate Renovation
Experience managing commercial office renovations, including retrofitting
and compliance projects.
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget (provide references).
# Regulatory & Technical Knowledge
Deep understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability frameworks.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, or similar tools for reviewing technical drawings.
# Stakeholder Management
Ability to mediate conflicts between contractors, internal teams, and external partners.
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors.
# Analytical & Communication Skills
~ Fluency in English for clear reporting and documentation.
Ability to translate technical details into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
