Our client is a mission-led fintech business who are scaling fast and hiring with purpose. This is a key appointment as they continue their international expansion and invest in building a performance-driven culture across their global footprint. The business has experienced significant growth and needs a strategic People Partner to lead, embed structure, align global people operations, and empower their teams to scale with clarity and impact.

The organisation is truly global, with a diverse team spanning 14 global hubs. They are building for the future, investing heavily in both tech and people. Reporting directly to the CPO, this role will partner strategically and work globally, with expertise in employment law across Europe, especially France.

The Head of People Business Partnering will...

• Lead and shape the global People Partnering function with a team of BPs across multiple geographies
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, aligning people strategy with ambitious business growth plans
• Own and evolve global compensation frameworks, employee engagement strategies and performance practices
• Champion business transformation, including organisation design, workforce planning and M&A initiatives

The Head of People Business Partnering will bring...

• Over 10 years’ experience in People Partnering roles, with a proven background at C-suite level
• Expertise in international employment law, with strong fluency in both English and French
• Experience in scaling global tech or fintech businesses, with a strategic view on culture and performance
• Ability to navigate and influence across complex matrix structures and diverse working styles
• A commercial mindset with experience using data and insights to shape people initiatives
