Sales Director
The Sales Director’s mission is to achieve commercial objectives by promoting solutions within assigned accounts. This role involves setting and driving the business strategy in alignment with the overall business model.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage in dialogue with operator stakeholders at the management level
- Establish and maintain professional, long-term customer relationships
- Clearly articulate the customer-specific benefits of products with a high level of expertise
- Promote solutions and products effectively through communication and interaction with customers
- Analyse customer insights and monitor market trends to inform strategy
- Contribute to the design and implementation of major projects, acting as a trusted consultant to the customer
- Ensure consistent and successful business growth and revenue generation
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the French telecoms industry
- Proven track record in account management and sales within operator infrastructure
- Successful sales experience with operators such as Iliad, Orange France, and Groupe Vivendi Africa
- Fluent in both English and French
- Comfortable working within matrix-based organisational structures
