Talent Acquisition Specialist


ProductLife Group is known for an incredible growth during the last years, and to make it possible we needed to attract and hire the best candidates on the market. The Talent Acquisition Team has played and will be playing a key role in the development of the company in the near future, as our goal is to reach 5000 employees in a couple of years.


Tasks:

  • Directly manage open positions from end to end
  • Work along and support the Insourcing team in hiring the best candidate.
  • Keep an overview of open positions and progress, escalate issues and steer recruitment efforts when needed
  • Define the best recruitment approach with Operations and Sales
  • Ensure procedures, reporting and documents are handled correctlly.
  • Develop strong pipeline of candidates for key roles


Ideal Profile

  • Master’s degree level with HRM specialization, or experience
  • Minimum 3years of experience in Recruitment is appreciated
  • Creative, innovate, adaptable and flexible mindset
  • Fluent in English and French for daily contacts with operations
  • Able to work within changing and challenging environments
  • Able to work in multicultural environments
  • Work autonomously and proactively
  • Good command of Excel and IT tools
