About the Role: As our new Hard Services Coordinator , you'll be the backbone of our technical operations—ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building infrastructure systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety standards. You'll collaborate with vendors, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and support long-term asset management strategies. What We’re Looking For: ~ Technical background in engineering or building services ~2 –10 years of experience in facilities management, specifically hard services ~ Strong understanding of compliance standards and HSE practices
