Project Management Officer

Position : SAP Project Manager (PMO)

Location : Toulouse, France

Duration : Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Coordination : You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the deployment of SAP and AirSupply solutions, ensuring the smooth progress of the project from start to finish, meeting deadlines and objectives.
• Project Tracking : As PMO, you will oversee the project’s progress, manage risks, prepare and update project schedules, and maintain communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• SAP Expertise : You will work specifically on the SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management) modules, ensuring seamless integration of tools with the client's operational needs.
• Sales & Inventory Management : Your role will include managing inventory processes in VMI mode, optimizing supply chain flows and stock management using SAP and AirSupply solutions.
• Change Management : You will support internal teams through the changes associated with the deployment of these new solutions, providing necessary training and support to ensure smooth adoption.

Desired Profile:

• Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an SAP deployment environment. You have successfully managed one or more deployments in complex environments.
• Technical Skills : Strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP MM modules, as well as experience in deploying ERP solutions (particularly SAP and AirSupply). Knowledge of the aerospace sector and VMI processes is a plus.
• Project Management Skills : Solid project management experience with a strong ability to collaborate with and coordinate various internal and external stakeholders.
• Personal Qualities : Autonomous, meticulous, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities and make strategic decisions.
