HR Manager – Pharma Manufacturing (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Manager to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing hub in Strasbourg on a 12-month fixed-term contract . As the key HR partner on-site, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with French labour regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the site leadership team, providing expert advice on HR policies, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with French labour laws , industry regulations, and company HR policies.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, managing conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Implement and improve HR processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the site workforce.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of HR experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of French labour law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing employee relations, compliance, and operational HR functions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French (mandatory) and English (preferred)
