What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the Technical Edge – Lead technical support both on-track and in the workshop, ensuring our machines perform at their peak every time they hit the circuit.
• Innovate Relentlessly – Spearhead the development and improvement of cutting-edge systems, components, and full vehicle platforms.
• Lead With Precision – Oversee the organization of technical departments and ensure seamless testing and integration of new parts and systems.
• Champion Quality – Drive improvements in car assembly efficiency and the overall quality of parts and vehicles, ensuring nothing short of excellence.
• Collaborate Globally – Work closely with international stakeholders and technical bodies like the RACB to align with homologation and regulatory standards.
• Document Like a Pro – Prepare thorough technical documentation and assembly procedures that keep the entire operation aligned and running smoothly.
• Be Budget-Savvy – Contribute to cost analysis and budget reviews, balancing innovation with business sense.

About You

• You bring 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the fast-paced world of motorsport .
• Deep knowledge of vehicle systems, mechanical and electrical design, diagnostics, and racing software (Modas, Race Studio, Pi Tool, and CAD—especially Creo).
• Fluent in English and French , with excellent communication skills and a talent for motivating teams through periods of change.
• Thrive under pressure, hands-on, self-motivated, and ready to take the lead—both in the garage and trackside.
• Flexibility to work weekends as required during race events.
