Visual Merchandising Manager

ABOUT THE JOB (French version down below) We are seeking a worldwide strategic and innovative Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our VM team. As a key leader within our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of visual merchandising strategy and execution to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth across our retail channels on a global scale. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy aligned with the company’s overall brand objectives and target market demographics. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of visual merchandisers, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of visual merchandising initiatives. Drive the creative development of visual merchandising concepts (permanent & temporary), displays, and installations that effectively communicate brand identity, product features, and promotional messages. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, retail operations, product development, architects, and store design to ensure alignment and integration of visual merchandising efforts with broader business initiatives. Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and customer feedback, and utilize insights to optimize future strategies. Budget Management: Develop and manage the visual merchandising budget, allocating resources effectively to support strategic priorities and maximize return on investment. Vendor and Supplier Management: Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the visual merchandising team to enhance skills, foster creativity, and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Proven experience in a leadership role within visual merchandising, with a track record of success in developing and implementing impactful strategies. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. English and French fluency required. Nous recherchons un(e) Visual Merchandising Manager stratégique et innovant(e), à portée internationale, pour piloter notre équipe VM. En tant que leader clé de notre organisation, tu seras responsable de la stratégie et de l’exécution du visual merchandising à l’échelle mondiale, dans le but de renforcer la visibilité de la marque, l’engagement client et la croissance des ventes sur l’ensemble de nos canaux retail. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie globale de visual merchandising , alignée sur les objectifs de marque et les cibles démographiques de l’entreprise. Team Leadership : Manager, inspirer et accompagner l’équipe VM, en assurant le bon pilotage des projets et en garantissant leur exécution efficace. Superviser la conception créative des dispositifs VM (permanents et temporaires), des displays et des installations valorisant l’identité de marque, les atouts produit et les messages promotionnels. Performance Analysis : Suivre et analyser la performance des actions de visual merchandising à l’aide d’indicateurs clés ( KPIs ), des tendances marché et des retours clients, pour affiner les stratégies futures. Budget Management : Vendor & Supplier Management : Training & Development : Développer les compétences de l’équipe VM à travers des formations continues, en stimulant la créativité et en assurant une veille constante sur les meilleures pratiques du secteur. Expérience avérée dans un poste de management en visual merchandising , avec des résultats probants sur des stratégies à fort impact. Maîtrise de la gestion budgétaire et de l’allocation de ressources dans une logique de performance. Maîtrise de logiciels de design tels qu’Adobe Creative Suite appréciée.
