Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking an RN Emergency Room for a travel/contract position in Bellefontaine, OH. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:Range $2160 to $2196 weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes non-taxabletravel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: ER/ED

Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week including weekend and holidays.

Position Requirements:

• Registered Nurse: 1+ years - Required
  


• ER/ED Nursingexperience: Recent/Current 1+ years – Required
  


• Travel experience - Highly preferred
  

Education, Licenseand Certification Requirements:

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
  


• BSN or an equivalent – Highlypreferred
  


• RN License for State of applying or compact if accepted - Required
  


• BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications from AHA- Required
  

Job Description:

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in ER/ED units.
  


• Communicates with physicians, nurse managers, co-workers, asappropriate related to changes in patient's clinical condition includingdiagnostic study results and symptomatology.
  


• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response totreatment. Is able to perform general nursing duties.
  


• Must be able to assume responsibility for unit patientpopulations.
  


• Demonstrate the ability to complete thorough patient assessments.
  


• Demonstrate effective communication skills necessary to interactefficiently with all customers.
  


• Must be able to work independently and demonstrate ability to delegateappropriately.
  


• Must be able to effectively function in unexpected crisis in a calm,confident manner.
  


• Must be willing to adjust schedule to meet unit needs, float to andwork in other areas as assigned and accept low census as needed.
  


• Must work required weekends and holidays.
  


• Must adhere to all staffing and personnel policies.
  


• Must keep all required licencures and certifications current.
