**Job Description:** *Airbus Commercial Aircraft *is looking for a *Systems Business Quality Manager - Data Specialist (m/f) *to join our Quality Engineering team based in *Toulouse, France*. You will join a multidisciplinary and transnational team playing a crucial role in the validation and certification of embedded systems. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking. *Your challenges:* - Analyze system development processes to identify repetitive, low-value tasks suitable for automation. - Design and develop algorithms and AI solutions to automate tasks and optimize workflows. - Facilitate data-driven problem solving and mitigate design issues through DFMEA facilitation. - Support Process Assurance Reviews within the frame of systems developments. - Capture lessons learned to continuously enhance quality standards and prevent design issues. *Your boarding pass:* - Background in engineering or technical data analysis. - Experience in data analysis and the aeronautics industry. - Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python and its associated libraries. - Autonomous and proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Great team player with excellent communication skills in a transnational environment.
