Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking
for a Human and Organisational Factors (HOF) Specialist in Robotics
(f/m) to join our HOF Center of Expertise based in Toulouse,
France. You will join a passionate team bringing HOF and
User-Centered Design principles to robotics and industrial
machinery. In this role, you will contribute to production
efficiency, safety, and operator health while driving the growth of
human factors across Airbus manufacturing sites. Your working

Lead human factors studies (task analysis, usability testing,
heuristic evaluations) for robotics and industrial machines. -
De-risk solutions regarding human-robot interaction, workload,
situation awareness, display logic, and industrial HMIs. - Identify
HOF risks, formulate actionable design recommendations, and guide
their implementation. - Deliver high-quality reports and
presentations on findings to multidisciplinary engineering teams. -
Develop and deliver HOF/HRI guidance, awareness sessions, and
training materials for production sites. Your boarding pass: -
Background in Human Factors, Cognitive Ergonomics, Cognitive
Psychology, HCI, or equivalent. At least 10 years of HOF
professional experience in highly regulated industries (aviation,
rail, nuclear, military). - Strong background in
qualitative/quantitative research methods and industry HOF/HMI
standards. - Proven ability to prepare/deliver HOF training and
confidently justify technical positions. - Seamless collaboration
with UX designers and robotics engineers across Agile and Waterfall
frameworks. - Advanced level in English is required; French,
