Location: Strasbourg, France

Contract: Freelance | Full-time

Are you passionate about maintaining mission-critical enterprise systems?

We're looking for an Operations & Application Support Engineer to support large-scale digital platforms.

Your Responsibilities

Provide L2 application and production support

Monitor application health and infrastructure performance

Resolve incidents and service requests

Support deployments, releases, and rollback activities

Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base

Collaborate with DevSecOps, Architects and DBAs

Support Linux environments, APIs, middleware and web platforms

Contribute to automation and continuous service improvement

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in Application Support or IT Operations
• 2+ years in L2 Support
• Linux / Unix experience
• ITIL knowledge
• Monitoring & Observability tools
• CI/CD understanding
• APIs & Middleware experience
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Fluent English

Additional requirement

Participation in an on-site on-call rotation and occasional extended-hours support.

French is a plus

ITIL or Kubernetes certifications are a plus
