Ebony and Co is seeking an experienced Sales & Project Executive (Project & Design Consultant) with hands-on, on-site technical and installation experience to join its French team in Paris. Our bespoke flooring, wall panelling, cladding and decking feature in prestigious residential and hospitality projects around the world.We work closely with high-end interior designers, leading architects and private clients, combining exceptional craftsmanship with highly personalised service.The RoleAs Sales & Project Executive, you will develop relationships with new and existing clients, identify sales opportunities and manage high-value projects from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.This is a relationship-building, technical sales and project-management role. You will be confident discussing projects with architects, interior designers and contractors, attending site and design meetings, and translating a client's vision into a practical, well-delivered flooring solution. This role suits someone who has spent real time on site — someone who has actually fitted, installed or project-managed wood flooring or built-in interior elements, not only sold them from a showroom floor.Your ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales through relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors and private clientsReview floor plans, architectural drawings and specifications to support product selection, quotations and project deliveryAdvise on technical feasibility, substrate conditions and installation methods at the specification stage, drawing on genuine on-site experienceIdentify and develop new leads and project opportunitiesBuild and maintain long-term relationships with designers and architects through events, studio visits and client entertainingRepresent Ebony and Co at industry and design eventsPresent our products in the Parisian showroom, at client locations and at our Dutch global showroom and production facilityGuide clients through our collections, finishes and bespoke possibilitiesAttend client, design and site meetings, acting as a knowledgeable technical point of contact throughout the project — including during installation, where you can speak the fitting team's language as fluently as the designer'sPrepare quotations, forecasts and project documentationManage multiple projects from specification through to delivery and after-sales supportLiaise with our sampling, production, logistics and installation teamsMaintain accurate client and project information in our CRM systemDeliver an exceptional and personal client experience at every stageAbout YouYou are articulate, commercially driven and highly professional, with the confidence and social awareness to work with discerning clients and leading design professionals.
