We are seeking an experienced Employment and Labour lawyer to join their dynamic team in PARIS.

Role Overview: As part of the Employment & Labour law team, you will work on a variety of complex, high-profile matters, advising leading companies on all aspects of employment and labour law, to include collective labour issues, social plans, large reorganizations, employment matters surrounding MA& transactions, Collective redundancies etc.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 4-10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in French Employment and Labour law.
• Strong technical knowledge of French and European employment law.
• Experience in social plans / collective labour issues and collective redundancies
• Large M&A transactional employment planning
