We’re working with a client on a Microsoft 365 transformation programme, with a strong focus on carve-out / carve-in activities and tenant-to-tenant migrations.They’re looking for a Senior M365 Architect with deep messaging expertise, capable of leading the design and delivery of complex separation and integration programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead carve-out / carve-in programmes across Microsoft 365 environmentsOwn tenant-to-tenant migrations, with a focus on identity and messaging separationDesign and deliver Exchange Online / messaging architecture, including:Mail flow designCoexistence strategyHybrid Exchange environmentsCutover planning and executionWork closely with technical and business stakeholders to define migration strategy and architectureOversee delivery teams (migration engineers / consultants) to ensure successful executionKey RequirementsStrong experience delivering M365 carve-out / tenant-to-tenant programmesDeep Exchange / Messaging expertise (must-have):Exchange OnlineHybrid ExchangeMail routing, coexistence, cutoversProven background in large-scale migration programmes (M&A / separation)Solid understanding of Entra ID / identity in M365 environmentsExperience working in enterprise environments (multi-tenant / multi-country)Nice to haveBroader M365 knowledge (Teams, SharePoint, security)Experience in regulated industries (finance, enterprise, etc.)
