Our commitment is to deliver certified, experienced, and rapidly deployable personnel to the most demanding environments.In the context of a large-scale international project conducted with NATO, we are seeking an International IT & Telecommunications Recruiter to strengthen our recruitment team.Key ResponsibilitiesIn close coordination with project managers and stakeholders, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including:Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing recruitment needs, and defining position requirementsSourcing relevant profiles through specialized job boards and recruitment channelsProactively identifying, approaching, and pre-selecting candidates aligned with client requirementsConducting qualification interviews via telephone and videoSupporting and advising candidates throughout the recruitment processMonitoring candidates from initial identification through contract signatureBuilding, structuring, and maintaining a robust international talent pool to meet current and future client needsDeveloping long-term relationships with potential candidates to sustain a qualified talent networkEngaging with both active and passive candidates regarding new opportunitiesPreparing and formatting CVs and supporting documentation for client submissionsEnsuring accurate tracking of candidates and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Reporting on recruitment activities through internal monitoring toolsRemaining informed of recruitment market trends and best practices, particularly within IT and telecommunicationsCandidate ProfileProven experience in recruiting and sourcing IT profiles within the Defence & Space or EU/NATO environmentAbility to work autonomously while demonstrating initiative and creativity in managing recruitment assignmentsFluency in English; an additional European language is considered an assetStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectivelyDynamic mindset, with a strong motivation for challenges and resultsHigh level of commitment, rigor, and a collaborative team spiritExcellent communication skills and confidence in phone-based interactionsSolid familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)What We OfferA position based in Luxembourg (Mondorf) or France (Stains/Paris), with hybrid or fully remote options depending on the seniority of the selected candidateIntegration into a dedicated, international, human-scale team operating on high-value defense projectsA competitive remuneration package, including a variable component linked to placementsA demanding and rewarding professional environment where initiative, accountability, and contribution are valued
