Join us and help shape the future of online gaming!ENTER THE GAMEðAs a Product Manager – Payment, you will join the Payment Product team, reporting directly to the Head of Product. You will be at the heart of Betclic’s payment service evolution, driving product excellence across France and international markets.YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC ðIn this role, your main missions will be:Deploy the product strategy within your scopeIdentify projects that enhance the customer experience and optimize payment and withdrawal operationsDefine, specify, lead, and validate new features and evolutions with technical teamsGather and prioritize user needsEnsure the quality of the product and its documentationMonitor performance on a daily basisStay up to date with tech and competitive trendsPerform functional analysis in case of incidentsUse SQL to query and process dataYou will work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Marketing, Compliance) as well as external partners (payment providers, etc.)WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ðWe are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!This job is for you if:You have a Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent)You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a payments departmentYou are known for your initiative and collaborative mindset, with a strong data-driven approachYou are proficient in SQLAnd finally, you speak English and French fluentlyWHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? ðIf your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).You will meet Emilie, Head of Product, your future manager, followed by Catherine, Director of Payment. Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? ð 25 days of paid leave and 10 RTT days
