Senior Manager Accounting Processes (all genders)


We are currently seeking for our Headquarter in Hamburg a highly motivated and dedicatedSenior Manager Accounting Processes (all genders)Full-time and permanentAdditional locations: Toulouse or VeronaResponsibilities:Lead and coordinate internal projects that impact accounting processes, including system implementations, reorganizations, and policy changesLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation in accounting workflowsSystematically evaluate new tools, automation opportunities, and digital solutions to improve process quality and reduce costsDefine and standardize end‑to‑end accounting processes across all group entitiesStrengthen internal controls across all accounting processesDevelop and maintain standardized documentation for accountingEnsure alignment with corporate accounting policies and IFRS/GAAP requirementsPartner with IT, Controlling, Tax, Procurement, and other functions to ensure seamless integration of accounting requirementsCollaborate with Internal Audit, SOX team, and external auditors to address findings and implement corrective actionsRequired qualifications:Successful university degree (or equivalent) in business administration, advanced studies in international accounting, accounting or auditing8+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in a multinational or listed environmentStrong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirementsProven track record in process optimization, transformation projects, and cross‑functional collaborationExperience with ERP systems and digital tools for automation and workflow managementExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skillsInternational, intercultural open mindsetAnalytical mindset with a strong drive for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvementFluent in written and spoken EnglishFurther ideal qualifications:Experience in an Audit firm would be a plusExcellent knowledge of IFS or SAPOur offer:A permanent position within a vigorous and exciting professional environment promoted by an open culture, a spirit of community and continuous improvementA diverse, international workforce with a dynamic working environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork30 days annual holiday, monthly allowance for public transportation, and in-house canteenCapital forming benefits, flexible working hours, holiday pay, and annual bonus depending on performanceTo apply, please click on the “Apply” button and provide your application documents (CV and cover letter, including earliest possible start date and salary requirements).
