MSAT Director | France | Pharmaceutical ManufacturingWe are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation seeking an experienced MSAT Director to lead and develop its Manufacturing Science & Technology function.This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for technology transfer, industrialisation, process optimisation and manufacturing performance.Key responsibilities: - Lead and develop the MSAT / Manufacturing Technology team - Drive technology transfer, scale-up and industrialisation - Support process validation, PPQ, CPV and lifecycle management - Lead technical investigations, troubleshooting and CAPA - Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, R&D and customers - Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence across the siteWe're looking for: - Strong pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience - Background in MSAT, Manufacturing Technology, Technical Operations, Process Development or Industrialisation - Proven technical and people leadership experience - Strong GMP and technology transfer experience - Sterile, aseptic, injectable or biologics experience is highly desirable - Fluent French and EnglishAn excellent opportunity for an experienced technical leader to shape MSAT strategy, develop a team and have a real impact on manufacturing performance.For a confidential discussion, please get in touch.If this is of interest, please send your CV to sam.brown@discoverinternational.com.
