We deliver cost and project services on some of Europe's most ambitious developments. Our French practice is growing, and we want a talented Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager for our Paris team. You'll work across a diverse portfolio spanning the hospitality, logistics, and residential sectors.The opportunityBased in Paris, you'll deliver full pre- and post-contract cost management on a varied pipeline. Your projects will range from high-end hotels and mixed-use residential schemes to large-scale logistics facilities. You'll work directly with clients, design teams, and contractors. You'll own your commissions, and you'll play a visible role as our business in France grows.What you'll doDeliver cost management from feasibility and estimating through to final accountPrepare cost plans, bills of quantities, tender documentation, and cost reportsManage procurement, tender analysis, and contract administrationHandle valuations, change control, and cost reporting across the project lifecycleBuild strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviserGuide and mentor junior colleagues as the team growsWhat you'll bringA degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related disciplineProven cost management experience, ideally from a consultancyExposure to one or more of hospitality, logistics, or residentialSound knowledge of French construction contracts and cost practicesFluency in French and English, written and spokenMRICS, or progress towards chartership, is a plusA client-focused approach and readiness to run your own commissionsWhat you'll getA competitive salary plus benefitsThe chance to work on landmark projects with a globally recognised nameReal career progression and support towards your qualificationsA collaborative, international cultureApplyWant a confidential chat about the role first?
