Senior Public Affairs position We are seeking a Senior / Manager Consultant Affairs consultant to lead Kairos Public Affairs to the next level in Paris. Must have some experience in an Agency. This is for a fast-growing agency.We are a small but fast-growing start-up looking to expand our team to take on many high-level projects. We are looking for a Senior Public Affairs consultant / Director to help support our vision and win new work.This is for someone who can monitor, analyze, and develop strategy, and provide clients with ideas and implementation across different industries, and who works well with colleagues.Strategic partnerships with government and industry groups are crucial; we must develop relationships and understand Governments throughout France and in the EU. This is for someone with a passion for different types of industries such as agriculture, energy, finance, local authority, environment, etc. This person must have experience leading a young team and have a high level of attention to detail.Do you want to take ownership? Then we want to hear from you!Government Relations is at the heart of this vital work – from liaising with leaders of government and industry to preparing policy briefings for pending legislative actions and structuring how clients can achieve the vision.The practice delivers integrated services combining Public Affairs, financial communications, and corporate communications, with speciality offerings that include strategy consulting, research, creative engagement, crisis, and issues management, as well as change communications.Overview:Overseeing the delivery of client projects across public affairs and policy work, ensuring their quality and impactIntelligible regulatory and prudential monitoringMust ensure excellent, precise monitoring servicesMajor in Public Affairs with expertise in strategic/corporate communicationUnderstanding Brussels / EU is a bonusMust have experience in the management of the team and working directly with CEO. senior stakeholdersStrong understanding of agricultureCan work and understand the fast-paced environment of the agencyPrepare various government strategies in assigned regions and maintain good relations with various city officials.Develop relationships with various public officials and implement all public policies to achieve all objectives.Coordinate with various departments and colleagues and provide inputs to various officials.Propose positions to be defended in anticipation of certain texts, on the basis of internal exchanges, to represent the interests of the GroupContribute to building a function that adds concrete and measurable value to the business, in the short, mid, and long term, aligned to the company's strategic priorities.Build an internal communications and engagement strategyDevelop and maintain relationships with relevant policymakers, political audiences, regulators, trade associations, think tanks and industry leaders to enhance and grow business.This person must be able to work at a start-up entrepreneurial spirit and build a network. This is client-facing.Practice Leadership Manage the practice with the top priority of growing the Public Affairs business Provide senior-level insights to lead account teams on complex client communication challenges Manage, develop, inspire, and motivate staff to excel.
