🎯 Your role :

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to contribute to the development and implementation of our global compliance framework. The role will support compliance initiatives across the Group and help ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies across all regions.

The Compliance Manager will support the implementation of ESG-related regulations, compliance monitoring, risk management, and business ethics initiatives. The role will work closely with teams across the Group to help ensure the consistent implementation of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

The Compliance Manager will report to the Chief ESG Officer.

🛠️ Your missions :

Compliance framework:

• Implement and maintain the company’s global ESG compliance program.
• Ensure alignment with EU and international regulations.
• Update and maintain internal policies and procedures (Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Conflict of Interest, Whistleblowing, etc.).

ESG compliance:

• Proactively track regulatory and legal developments across all geographies.
• Coordinate with Compliance teams across the Group to ensure alignment and consistency in the implementation of regulatory requirements.
• Participate in client discussions related to compliance matters and provide support as needed.

Risk assessment & internal controls:

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance risk assessment processes across entities and geographies.
• Design and monitor internal control mechanisms.

Training & awareness:

• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees and management.
• Promote a culture of integrity and ethical business practices across the organization.

Reporting:

• Provide regular updates on compliance activities, risks, and key initiatives to the Chief ESG Officer.
• Prepare and maintain compliance reports, metrics, and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

🧩 Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Law, Business Law, Compliance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management.
• Experience in an international environment (manufacturing, packaging, retail, or supply chain industry preferred).
• Good understanding of compliance and ESG-related regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and reporting standards is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and work in a multicultural environment.
