About the CompanyYIBI Group supports international luxury maisons with the development and manufacturing of high-end leather goods hardware. Our capabilities span product engineering, prototyping, metal manufacturing, surface finishing, assembly, quality management, and scalable production.About the RoleWe are seeking a Program Manager based in Paris to support complex product-development programs with European luxury leather goods and accessories brands. The role is suited to professionals who can coordinate multiple workstreams from early product requirements through development, validation, supplier coordination, and production readiness.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate selected luxury hardware development programs.Manage project timelines, milestones, documentation, and cross-functional communication.Align product-development, engineering, quality, sourcing, and manufacturing requirements.Identify development and execution risks early.Support communication between Paris-based brand teams and YIBI manufacturing teams.Coordinate product changes, validation requirements, and production-readiness reviews.Support long-term program relationships with selected luxury clients.QualificationsExperience in program management, project management, product development, industrialization, or manufacturing.Experience in leather goods, accessories, luxury products, or precision metal components is preferred.Strong cross-functional project-management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Experience working with international manufacturing partners is an advantage.Required SkillsProgram ManagementProduct DevelopmentLuxury GoodsLeather GoodsProject PlanningSupplier ManagementManufacturingEqual Opportunity StatementYIBI Group is committed to providing equal opportunities and values diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
