Working closely with leadership, the Global Chief Audit Executive (CAE) F/H will contribute to strengthening governance frameworks and audit effectiveness.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the transformation and expansion of the global internal audit organisation.Strengthen governance, internal control and risk management frameworks.Introduce and promote leading audit methodologies and professional standards.Enhance audit planning, execution and reporting capabilities.Contribute to compliance, ethics and control environment improvement initiatives.Assess strategic, operational, financial and technology-related risks.Develop consistent audit approaches across business units and regions.Collaborate with governance bodies and stakeholders.Promote innovation, efficiency and data-driven audit practices.Support organisational growth and operational excellence initiatives.Contribute expertise within the Telecommunications sector and complex global operating environments.Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across international audit teams.Support risk oversight activities covering operations within the Telecommunications sector.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate for the Global Chief Audit Executive (CAE) F/H role demonstrates recognised expertise in internal audit, governance, compliance, internal control and enterprise risk management. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking and transformation capabilities are essential. Experience operating within complex international organisations and collaborating with decision-makers is highly valued.
