This role will combine commercial ownership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to unlock new growth opportunities worldwide.ResponsibilitiesMarket Strategy & DevelopmentLead the global development of the Food & Beverage segmentIdentify high-potential applications, industries, and key accountsAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developmentsDefine and execute strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growthCustomer Engagement & SalesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key global customersIdentify, develop, and close strategic sales opportunitiesLead and deliver lighthouse projects to showcase innovative solutionsAct as a trusted advisor to customers at technical and commercial levelsTechnical LeadershipProvide deep expertise in progressive cavity pumps (PCP) and related technologies (e.g., lobe, twin screw pumps)Translate customer needs into technical solutions in collaboration with EngineeringContribute to new product development and portfolio innovationSales EnablementSupport and empower regional sales teams globallyDevelop and deliver training, tools, and best practicesAct as a central point of expertise for the F&B segmentBasic QualificationsDegree in Engineering or a related field10+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage industryProven experience with pump technologies (PCP or similar)• Fluent in englishTravel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsWillingness to travel internationallyKey CompetenciesStrong combination of commercial acumen and technical expertiseDemonstrated success in driving business growth and managing complex sales projectsAbility to operate in a global, matrix organizationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWhat we OfferPackage: fixe + bonusStock optionsAdditional benefits depending of location: profit-sharing plan, employee discounts…
