As a senior member of a six-person team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of sophisticated application modules supporting our network security infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Architect, develop, test, and document complex full-stack application modules in alignment with cybersecurity requirements and business objectivesAssess and evaluate new application ideas, translating requirements into actionable implementation plansCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutionsConduct thorough code reviews and enforce quality standards through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to best practicesIdentify, analyse, and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt within existing applicationsSkills and Attributes Requirements:• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach• Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and engineering best practices• Advanced proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3• Strong proficiency in a back-end scripting and development languages: Python, Perl• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and web services• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipelines• Solid understanding of application security principles; knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is a strong asset• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environmentEducational and Experience Requirements:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a demonstrable track record of delivering production-grade web applications• Proven experience in a senior or lead technical role, including mentoring of junior team members• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken); French is considered an asset#Ll-OnsiteFull timePosting Date:
