You will support existing business, identify future business opportunities, and contribute to the development and execution of customer strategies to achieve sustainable growth.What you can look forward to as Sales Engineer (m/f/d):Lead sales activities for assigned customers and market segments within the marine businessDevelop, own, and execute customer strategies to support business growth and long-term partnershipsTake responsibility for achieving defined sales targets and key performance indicatorsLead commercial negotiations within agreed boundariesDrive customer satisfaction in line with company processes and guidelinesManage customer escalations and coordinate the resolution of commercial issuesAct as the main sales contact for customer workshops and business reviewsProvide input for market analyses, industry trends, and future business opportunitiesStrengthen customer proximity and maintain strong, long-term customer relationshipsYour profile as Sales Engineer (m/f/d):Commercial or technical degree, or a comparable qualificationMore than 5 years of experience in the marine industry, ideally in a sales or business development roleStrong commercial background and excellent negotiation skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to develop customer visions and growth strategiesDeep understanding of the marine market, industry trends, and innovationsSolid knowledge of marine products and their applicationsExcellent communication and relationship management skillsFluent in English, both written and spokenGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools such as SalesforceWillingness to travel frequently and work closely with customers across the regionBe part of our ZF team as Sales Engineer (m/f/d) and apply now!ContactSteffi
