Publiée le 29/02/2024 Mission Newrest is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for one of itsbrsubsidiaries in the World, to strengthen the group's development.Reporting to the Country Manager (in the day-to-day) and Group CFO (matrixbrorganization) you will take full responsibility of admnistration andbrfinancial aspects in the country where Newrest operates.As Business Partner you will have a key role in the implementationbrof the group strategy in the country.MISSIONS: Manage and train the local administrative teambr(accounting, cash collection, tax legal, treasury, internal control, costbrcontrol, payroll)Ensure the production of the subsidiary'sbrcorporate accounts and payroll and guarantee compliance with local accounting,brtax and social obligationsSet up and apply group standards and proceduresbrwithin the subsidiaryLead the budget process (PL, Balance Sheet,brCash flow, CAPEX, etc…)Organize Boards of Directors and Shareholders'brMeetingsManage relations with the supervisorybrauthoritiesElaborate monthly reporting and ensure controlbrof activities as well as operational dashboardsManage closely the cash position with bankingbrinstitutions and the groupAnimate relationship with third parties:brcustomers, suppliers, auditors, insurancesEnsure a daily relationship with the company'sbrhead office and be able to provide adhoc analyses on request.Please note, this position is not based in Toulouse, Only linked to the HQ.
