Transportation Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Transportation Specialist to support and optimize our end-to-end transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Transportation Planning & Process Optimization: Support transportation planning across pickup, sorting, transit, and final delivery. Optimize routes, standardize operating procedures, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Carrier & Capacity Management: Assist in evaluating, onboarding, and managing carriers. Track carrier performance, address operational issues, allocate transportation resources, and ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Operational Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor key metrics such as cost, efficiency, service quality, and profitability. Identify risks and operational gaps, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Customer Service & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Understand customer requirements, manage the end-to-end service cycle, and support the resolution of complaints and claims. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Team Support & Capability Building: Contribute to team goals, knowledge sharing, and process training. Help strengthen operational capabilities and promote a service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operations; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with TMS or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
