By managing a unique mix of historical and modern properties, Generali Real Estate has developed best-in-class investment skills in real estate private equity and debt funds managed on behalf of institutional investors, grounded with technological innovation and sustainability.Within the French Funds team, your main missions will be:Fund ManagementWork with Asset Management with respect to business plan execution and collection of information to articulate strategy and status internally and externally to investorsWork with the Fund Manager to help inform transaction / disposal decisions and implementationFacilitate various fund projects and prepare ad-hoc analyses and management reportsAssist in portfolio performance analyses relative to investment objectivesSupport on all compliance and risk controls (conflict of interest / related party transaction controls, etc.)Support during internal audits (documentation gathering, completeness checks, etc.)Portfolio ManagementWork with Accounting and Asset Management to provide portfolio forecastsMaintain portfolio and fund level performance metricsFacilitate data flow with independent real estate appraisers and allow swift analysis of quarterly asset valuationsInvestor Relations, Capital Raising & ReportingAssist in the execution of investor and Advisory Committee meetings through preparation of investment materials, financial analyses and meeting logisticsAssist with preparation of quarterly and annual client reports, including fund and portfolio updates, individual asset summaries and market research across major property typesWhy join Generali ? Specialization in real estate is a plusYou are fluent in English and in French.
