Joining Eqwal means being part of a collective journey driven by innovation, responsibility, and sustainable performance.About the RoleAs part of a succession plan, the Group is hiring a BI Data Analyst reporting to the Finance Department. As the Group’s sole Business Intelligence referent, the position holder owns the entire data value chain: collection from source systems, transformation, modeling, KPI development, delivery to management, and user support. The role is cross-entity, covering the whole Group, and operates in a multi-source environment characterized by large data volumes (several million rows).ResponsibilitiesGroup Modeling and ReportingDesign, maintain and evolve Power BI semantic models (star schemas, relationships, hierarchies, financial calendars)Develop performance KPIs in DAXConsolidate multi-entity management data: harmonizing reference data, managing scopes, fiscal years and currenciesProduce recurring dashboards for management and operating entitiesData Integration and ReliabilityDevelop and maintain Power Query / M data feeds from SharePoint, ERPs, flat files and APIsAutomate recurring processes and refreshesImplement quality controls on incoming dataDiagnose and resolve data feed incidentsAnalysis and Decision SupportCarry out ad hoc analyses requested by the Finance Department and operating divisions: revenue, margin, product mix, performance by entity and channelLeverage market data from the medical device sectorIdentify and flag anomalies and inconsistencies in the dataReport results transparently to business stakeholders: assumptions used, limitations and points of cautionPlatform Administration and GovernanceAdminister workspaces, access rights, licenses and refresh schedulesOptimize model performance on large data volumesContribute to structuring the Group’s data architectureDocument data flows, business rules and the data estateQualificationsMaster’s degree (or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent proven experience) in business intelligence, data, statistics, management, or a quantitative-focused business schoolAt least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, BI consultant, or management controller with a strong BI focusExperience in a multi-entity or multi-source environment is a plusProfessional-level English requiredRequired SkillsAdvanced DAX skills, including filter context and time intelligence functionsProficiency in Power Query / M and integrating heterogeneous data sourcesProficiency in dimensional modeling (star schema, granularity trade-offs) The role is carried out in full autonomy within its scope.It requires a proven ability to organize one’s work, set priorities, and see projects through end-to-end.Rigor, discretion, and the ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders are essential.Preferred SkillsPower BI Service administration and familiarity with Microsoft FabricFinancial and management background (revenue, margin, analytics, closing cycles)SQL, Python, Power AutomatePay range and compensation packagePermanent contract (CDI), Based in Blagnac, France (31)Remote work: up to 1 day per weekCompensation: €50,000 – €60,000 gross fixed annual salary, negotiable based on profile and experienceBenefits: meal vouchers, health and disability/death insurance, Group profit-sharing scheme (participation), RTT days offStart date: As soon as possibleRecruitment ProcessInitial phone screeningTechnical interview including a practical case studyInterview with the Finance DepartmentThis position is open to people with disabilities.
