We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.The RoleAs a Learning Development Lead on the People team, you will establish the foundation for learning culture and capabilities to support Mistral AI’s growth. As the first hire in this area, your work will directly define processes, infrastructure, and strategy for continuous skill development across the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with teams in France, the USA, the UK, Germany, and Singapore to build programs that align with business goals and employee progression. Your efforts will ensure that our workforce is equipped with the skills needed for evolving business needs, making learning an integral part of everyday work.What You Will DoDevelop and deliver a learning and development strategy aligned to company objectivesAssess and prioritize skill gaps to inform training initiativesDesign and implement onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling programsBuild scalable learning paths for key roles and career growthSource and curate external content and partnerships to supplement internal offeringsCollaborate with leaders to identify high-potential employees and development plansSelect, configure, and roll out a Learning Management System, ensuring adoption and alignment with HR and IT systemsSet up metrics and regularly measure LD impact on organizational performanceWhat We're Looking ForAt least 8 years of HR experience, with significant time in tech start-ups or high-growth companiesProven ability to build and manage LD functions across multiple countriesStrong background in implementing and managing Learning Management SystemsExperience designing training programs for various teams and rolesKnowledge of instructional design and adult learning theoryExcellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetAbility to adapt, work without clear structure, and turn strategy into actionWhat We OfferWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
