Context For one of our clients, a major international EPCI contractor, we are looking for a Personnel Coordinator to manage personnel movement logistics on a Subsea project in Mozambique.The role is based in their Paris office and covers the full personnel mobilisation cycle, from immigration formalities through to crew change coordination, in close contact with the project's operational team.What you will doManage personnel movements before and during the project execution phaseHandle immigration and visa formalities for mobilised personnelBook hotels and flights for personnel travel, in line with project proceduresOrganise ground transport arrangements for personnel on the projectManage crew change logistics, coordinating rotations in line with the project scheduleLiaise with the operational team to align personnel planning with project needsMaintain accurate tracking of personnel movements and travel documentationWhat you bring3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or operations on Subsea projectsExperience managing personnel/crew movements, ideally on Subsea projectsComfortable coordinating visa, travel and accommodation logistics across multiple stakeholdersGood command of MS OfficeFluent English required; Portuguese is a plusWhat we offerA long-term contract assignment within a major EPCI contractor's operations team, based in Paris, supporting a Subsea project in Mozambique. You'll work closely with an experienced operations team on a live project with real logistical scope.Start date: October 2026.
