Job Description\ N Our client is a global leader in electronic design and manufacturing with a truly global footprint, with 30 production and service sites across the world.Employment Type\ N Full-timeAbout the Role Responsibilities Regional Legal Leadership\ N \n Lead and manage the legal function for the Europe region, overseeing a small team of legal professionals.\ N Serve as the primary legal advisor to regional executives and management teams, providing strategic and practical counsel.\ N Deliver commercially oriented legal advice that balances risk with business objectives.\ N Develop and implement legal strategies to support regional growth, operational efficiency, and business priorities.\ N Commercial & CorporateSupport\ N \n Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.\ N Oversee corporate governance, entity management, and board-related matters for regional entities.\ N Support day-to-day business operations, internal policy development, and process improvement initiatives.\ N Compliance & Risk Management\ N \n Provide expert guidance on compliance matters, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.\ N Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across the region.\ N Lead internal investigations and coordinate compliance reviews when required.\ N Manage litigation, arbitration, regulatory inquiries, and other dispute matters within the region.\ N Engage and supervise external counsel to ensure efficient, cost-effective legal support.\ N Develop proactive strategies for dispute prevention and risk mitigation.\ N Cross-functional Collaboration\ N \n Partner closely with business leaders, finance, HR, procurement, sales, and operations teams.\ N Conduct legal training sessions and provide practical guidance to internal stakeholders.\ N Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, templates, policies, and best practices.\ N Qualifications\n \n Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in France (or equivalent European jurisdiction with French qualification).\ N Minimum 12-15 years of post-qualification legal experience, with substantial in-house experience supporting multinational businesses.\ N Proven track record of handling complex legal matters across multiple European jurisdictions.\ N Deep expertise in commercial contracts, corporate law, compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.\ N Strong business acumen with the ability to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice.\ N Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).\ N Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior executives.\ N Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.\ N Preferred\n \n Prior experience in a reputable international law firm before transitioning in-house.\ N Experience supporting multinational companies in the manufacturing, technology, industrial, or supply chain sectors.\ N International educationor work experience across multiple countries.\ N Additional language skills (e.G.
