You will work in a highly transverse environment, collaborating closely with Product Management (Marie Debard) and Core Engineering teams to turn this vision into a reality.Manager information: Nicolas LimageYOUR DAILY ROUTINETasksDesign and develop new features for the Marketplace platformMaintain and optimize APIs to ensure a seamless user experienceBuild and maintain tooling for OS image creation and system packagingCreate and manage artifacts (applications packaged within images)Automate the manufacturing process for OS images and containersSupport and guide external publishers in the creation of their own artifactsEnsure the security and integrity of all Marketplace artifacts (CI/CD, scanning)Participate in the architectural structuring of new, high-growth technical subjectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with product goalsTake ownership of "uncharted" technical territories to drive innovationABOUT YOUHARDSKILLS:5 to 10 years of experience in software engineering or system administrationStrong proficiency in Go or Python for API developmentHands-on experience with Packer and OS image maintenanceAdvanced knowledge of Linux system administrationExperience with Containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and PostgreSQLMastery of CI/CD pipelines and artifact securityFamiliarity with Protobuf and microservices architectureSOFT SKILLS:Versatility: Capable of switching between system, dev, and automation tasksAutonomy: High degree of initiative in a "to-be-built" environmentProblem-solving: Eager to explore and structure new, complex technical topicsCollaborative: Ability to work effectively in a transverse, multi-team projectAdaptability: Open to learning and evolving with the project's needsWHAT YOU WILL FIND AT SCALEWAY ++++Hybrid work: We offer up to 3 days of remote work per week.Offices: Our offices are spacious, dynamic workspaces with bold design, conveniently located near public transport.
